Associate Dentist

I qualified from Guy’s Dental Hospital in 1985. Following a short time working in hospitals, I spent 5 ­¹/₂ years as a Dental Officer in the Royal Navy; the majority being spent working with the Royal Marines. On leaving the Navy I worked in General Dental Practice, during which time I completed a Master’s Degree in Conservative Dentistry, again at Guy’s.

For 18 years following completion of my Masters, I continued to teach undergraduates on a part-time basis, which was a challenging but very rewarding time. During, and following my Masters I developed a particular interest in Endodontics (root canal treatment); something which I have continued to work on and advance.

I am happy to accept referrals for both routine and advanced endodontic work. I enjoy photography, running and long distance walks when spare time allows. I am married with two teenage children.
