Invisalign

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign® Treatment is the most advanced clear aligner system in the world, backed by more than two decades of innovation. Unlike braces, Invisalign® clear aligners are removable and virtually invisible. There are no wires and brackets, so you don’t need to change the way you brush and floss. And you can continue to eat all your favourite foods.

Over 14 million patients worldwide have used Invisalign to successfully straighten their teeth.

Why Have Invisalign with us?

At Hurst Park Dental you will be treated by Dr Max Leslie who has successfully treated hundreds of happy patients using the Invisalign system and is a Platinum provider. As he is an experienced clinician with a Masters degree in Aesthetic dentistry, he can also advise you on the best way to integrate Invisalign into a whole smile makeover using treatments such as composite bonding, veneers, and implants.

How does it work?

Invisalign® Treatment starts with a consultation with Dr Max Leslie at Hurst Park Dental practice.

We will evaluate your smile, take 3D scans and photos of your teeth and then map out a precise, customised digital treatment plan that showcases the step-by-step transformation of your smile.

Once you approve your plan, your unique aligners will be created. You will wear each set of aligners for 20 to 22 hours a day, changing to a new set of aligners every 1 to 2 weeks, as directed by Dr Leslie. Each set of aligners will gently and gradually shift your teeth into place, according to your treatment plan, towards your beautiful new smile.

You’ll have check-ups roughly every 6-8 weeks to check on your progress.

We use the Invisalign® Virtual Care feature within the My Invisalign™ app to keep track of your progress and give you feedback remotely in between your face to face
appointments. Your Invisalign® aligners are virtually transparent and easy to take out, so you can eat and brush your teeth as normal, and with fewer compromises.

At the end of the treatment you will need to wear retainers at night to keep your beautiful new smile.
